User Data Deletion

You can remove ChatSathi's access to your Facebook account and have the data we hold about you deleted. Either option below works.

Option 1: Remove the app from Facebook

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Choose Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
  3. Find ChatSathi and click Remove.
  4. Tick the option to delete posts, photos and videos if shown, then confirm.

Once removed, ChatSathi can no longer access your account or Pages, and we stop receiving messages for any Page you connected. Facebook notifies us of the removal and we delete your stored profile data and Page tokens.

Option 2: Ask us directly

Send an email to support@aoradev.xyz with the subject "ChatSathi data deletion request" and include:

  • Your full name as shown on Facebook
  • The email address or Facebook profile link linked to your account
  • The name of any Page you connected

You can also call +880 1718-627564. We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, Facebook ID, email, profile picture)
  • Access tokens for your Pages
  • Conversations and messages stored from your connected Pages
  • Saved replies, automation settings and workspace data

What we may keep

We may keep limited records where the law requires it, or for security and fraud prevention, such as a log showing that a deletion request was made. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Timing

Verified requests are completed within 30 days, and we confirm by email when the deletion is done.

If you are a customer who messaged a Page

If you only sent a message to a business Page that uses ChatSathi and want that conversation removed, email us with the Page name and approximate date. We will delete the conversation from our systems or pass your request to the Page owner.
