AoradevThese terms apply to your use of the Aoradev website (aoradev.xyz) and the ChatSathi application (chatsathi.aoradev.xyz), operated by Aoradev, Bagha, Rajshahi - 6280, Bangladesh. By using them you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ChatSathi is a web-based inbox that lets a Facebook Page administrator view and reply to Messenger conversations and configure saved replies and automatic messages. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Facebook. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You must be an administrator, or have permission from one, for any Page you connect.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for people you invite to your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading content
- Break the law, or the Meta Platform Terms, Community Standards or Messenger Platform policies
- Harass, threaten or defraud anyone, or send unlawful or infringing material
- Attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt our systems, or reverse engineer the service
- Use the service to collect personal data you have no right to collect
We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are broken.
4. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the messages and content that pass through the service. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run ChatSathi for you. You are responsible for having the right to message your customers. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
5. Third-party platforms
ChatSathi depends on Facebook and Messenger. Their availability, rules and API changes are outside our control. If Meta restricts or removes access, parts of the service may stop working.
6. Fees
Any paid plans, prices and billing terms will be stated clearly before you pay. Features offered free may be changed with reasonable notice.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance or updates at any time.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Aoradev is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Ending your use
You may stop using ChatSathi at any time by disconnecting your Page and following the data deletion steps. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or where required by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it. Material changes will be announced in the application.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over disputes.
